Selected teachers will...

• Participate in an Online Course, each spring, using UM's
  Blackboard course management system.
• Attend a week-long American History Institute that will provide
  opportunities to conduct research under the guidance of
  scholars. Field trips to historic sites and research facilities will
  be an integral part of the experience.
• Will be assisted in serving as mentors for local
  teacher networks.
